What You’ll Be Doing:

As a PEER Apprentice, you’ll get real, on-the-tools experience while learning from our experiences Trainers, who are qualified tradespeople themselves! 

Begin or change your career, with PEER! Female Apprenticeship opportunities available across the following trade disciplines:

• Plumbing
• Refrigeration/Air-Conditioning

What We’re Looking For at PEER:

You don’t need previous experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for future female leaders who are:

• Motivated, reliable and ready to get stuck in
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable vehicle (or working towards)
• Able to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Ready to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
• Open to learning and proud to break stereotypes
