About the Role: These 4-year Apprenticeships offers you nationally accredited training, awarding you upon successful completion, a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication or a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical. This program will be delivered through the PEER Group Training Organisation (GTO) in collaboration with TAFE SA (Regency Park), in addition to onsite work placements with employers operating at the forefront of the defence industry in various locations across SA. You will be mentored and supported every step of the way. PEER have a dedicated Apprentice and Trainee Supervisor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship. The support does not stop there, when you join the PEER team you will gain access to a team of professionals, as well as support mechanisms provided by Mas National, TAFE SA and our Host Employers, You will receive a competitive wage in line with the National Training Wage, including annual leave, personal leave, and superannuation.
