We’re seeking an administration and customer service superstar to connect apprentices and trainees with host employers to support smooth and seamless industry placements. This is a casual/temporary position based at the PEER office in Albert Park. Working hours may vary slightly each day within the scope of a full-time temporary contract. About the RoleThis is a fast-paced casual opportunity, providing support across various Placement functions including: Daily high-volume outbound calls to host employers Supporting internal and external stakeholder relationships Supporting placement, rotation and redeployment opportunities Minimising apprentice/trainee stand downs Ensuring apprentices are either on-site with host employers or progressing through trade school
Afternoons focus on administration, documentation, profiling, reporting and data integrity to support successful placements. You’ll work closely with PEER’s GTO and RTO operations to collaborate and support end-to-end placements processes. About YouEssential: Experience in either administration, customer service, sales or account management Proven success in high-volume outbound phone engagement Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent time management and attention to detail
Desirable: A valid and current National Police Check and/or Working with Children's Check Experience in building or construction, defence, GTO/RTO environments or working with apprentices/trainees
