PEER is looking for Trainers & Assessors to deliver our Certificate II and/or Certificate III in Plumbing. Whether you’re already training or coming straight from the trade, we’ll support you every step of the way! No teaching experience? No problem. You don’t need a TAE qualification to apply, but your willingness to obtain is essential. PEER will fully fund your TAE and pay for you to attend your course, so you can earn while you learn! * *Applicable for full-time, permanent employees. About the Role You will: - Deliver and assess Certificate II and/or III in Plumbing
- Support apprentices through practical and theory-based learning
- Mentor and guide future tradespeople
- Work alongside a supportive, trade-focused training team
- Have opportunities to contribute to Certificate II school-based programs
What You’ll Bring ✔ Plumbing trade qualification and industry experience ✔ Strong communication and people skills ✔ Pride in your trade and a willingness to pass on your knowledge No prior training experience required — full support is provided. Eligibility Requirements| - Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain one
- Current Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Certificate III in Plumbing
