Senior People & Culture Business Partner
A role with purpose, influence, and industry visibility

PEER is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

 

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that enhance workforce capability, employee engagement, organisational culture, and business performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams.
  • Lead organisational development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
  • Support change management and workforce planning activities.
  • Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement across People & Culture systems and processes. 

About You

  • Significant experience in a senior HR or People & Culture Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Strong leadership coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in organisational development and change management.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations, Psychology, or a related field
