We are seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee the performance, wellbeing, supervision and compliance of our apprentices and trainees, while strengthening trusted partnerships with host employers across building, construction and defence sectors. About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, Employment Services, you will lead a team of Team Leads and Apprentice & Trainee Supervisors to: Drive retention, performance and completion outcomes Deliver consistent, high-quality workplace supervision and early intervention support Ensure compliance with GTO standards, WHS and employment frameworks Build and grow strong host employer relationships Contribute to major project and industry engagement across South Australia This is a highly visible leadership role that combines people leadership, operational oversight and strategic industry engagement.
About YouYou are a confident and commercially astute leader with: Strong people leadership experience Background in client relationship management and compliance-focused environments Experience supporting young people, apprentices or trainees Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills GTO/RTO or building and construction experience will be highly regarded.
